This is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath year-round condominium at Seville by-the-Sea Condominiums with a full kitchen complete with stovetop, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, Air-fryer, and all new pots and pans. There's 2 double beds in the bedroom and a Queen-size sofa bed in the living room. Easy to book right from this site directly with me, like Vrbo and Airbnb, but with no extra fees.
Amenities
The large private pool is for owners and renters only. You have an assigned parking space in the covered garage, AC, Wi-Fi, large TV in the living room and an additional TV in the bedroom, ceiling fans, and a professionally cleaned and sanitized unit. The keyless entry lock with your own personal code makes it easy to come and go and is a great safety feature. You can see the ocean and boardwalk from the balcony while you watch the Friday night fireworks! 15 minutes to Stone Harbor; 15 minutes to Cape May!

Rental Rates for Summer 2024: $1700@ week. No pets are allowed. Sleeps 4-6.
